Race-related activities have multiple locations:
- Village: Fair and Markets Complex (link to Google Maps by clicking here). The main activities will be concentrated here:

- Awarding medals and trophies
- Start/finish area: Avenida del Mar, next to Carrefour hypermarket (link to Google Maps by clicking here)

- Parking: old fairground, next to the Start-Finish area, and other nearby areas.
- Briefing: It will be published online a few days before and there will be a question and answer session the day before the event.
4:00 pm: Opening of The Millars Expo.
5:00 pm: Registration opens.
5:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Rock concert by the band "The Veterans".
8:00 pm: Registration closes.
9:00 pm: The Millars Expo closing.
10:00 am: Opening of The Millars Expo.
10:00 am: Registration opens.
10:30-11:00 am: Questions and answers with Race Direction.
11:30 am - 1:30 pm: Rock concert by the band "The Veterans".
2:00 pm: Registration closes.
4:00 pm: Registration opens.
5:00 pm: Press conference with the Ambassadors.
6:00 pm -7:00 pm: Ibon Zugasti signs autographs.
8:00 pm: Registration closes.
9:00 pm: The Millars Expo closing.
6:30 am - 7:30 am: Registration & Expo open.
7:00 am - 7:45 am: Cloakroom service at Village zone.
7:30 am: Start boxes opening.
7:55 am: Ceremonial ribbon cutting.
8:00 am: OFFICIAL START.
12:22 pm: First participant scheduled arrival.
12:30 pm: Opening of the Village area for companions with a wristband.
1:00 pm-4:00 pm: Shower service in the "Fernando Úbeda Mir" pavilion.
3:00 pm: Maximum arrival of the last participant.
3:00 pm: Awards ceremony.
3:30 pm: Closure of the bicycle parking area. After 3:30 p.m., the enclosure will begin to be dismantled so it is mandatory to remove the bicycle before that time.
5:00 pm: The Millars Village - Expo closing.
