OFFICIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
At InturSports Travel Services we have prepared a careful selection of official accommodations with all the comforts for the participants of The Millars UCI Gran Fondo World Series: facilities to store your bike and breakfast at 6:00 am on the day of the competition.
AVAILABLE HOTELS:

- Cancellations: the hotel reservation can be canceled free of charge, with or without cancellation insurance, as long as the participant is not going to do the race, and with a deadline of April 22.
- Condition of children: a child is considered if the age is between 2 and 12 years. Above this age, it is considered an adult, and below it are considered babies, which are free. IMPORTANT: IF YOU TRAVEL WITH BABIES, EVEN IF IT IS FREE, INDICATE IT IN THE OBSERVATIONS FIELD. The hiring of cots is not included and can be done upon arrival at the hotel with direct payment to it.
Other services not included in these rates, will be paid directly to the hotel.
Reservations not made through the organization, even if they are in the same hotels, will not enjoy the advantages explained.
The organization may modify the official accommodation without the prior consent of the participant, if there is a circumstance of force majeure or changes in the conditions agreed in the accommodation. If the new hotel is more than 500 meters from the start, the organization will provide a free bus transfer service on the day of the race for the participants. If this case of change of accommodation occurs, the organization will not refund the amount of the accommodation. Refunds will not be made if the price of the new hotel is lower, although the difference would be charged if the new hotel has a higher rate.
